At HAYS, a British multinational company listed on the London Stock Exchange, we are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager Freelancer to join the IT team of a global leader in chemical & ingredient products. The role involves overseeing SAP projects across EMEA South and West clusters, managing projects involving SAP (ECC6) and other business applications, demand management, prioritization, communication & reporting, and aligning with the Global IT PMO.
The successful candidate will report directly to the IT Business Partner South and West clusters. Requirements include multilingual fluency in English, Spanish, and French;
proven project management experience, especially in a regional context;
strong SAP ECC6 knowledge;
experience with demand management, prioritization, stakeholder communication;
proficiency in ASANA and ServiceNow;
excellent communicationskills;
and the ability to navigate cross-cultural teams. Nice-to-have skills include PMP certification, Italian language skills, and knowledge of S4HANA.
Main tasks include supporting IT Business Partners, leading ERP project management, providing ERP expertise, managing M&A post-merger integrations, demand management, stakeholder communication, project reporting, risk management, continuous improvement, and resource allocation.
