Oxford Global Resources is seeking a proactive and labor law-savvy HR Associate to join our team.
Your Contribution
* Establish the HR role and its position within the company.
* Evaluate and ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, working time, and collective agreements.
* Oversee all HR processes, including recruitment and onboarding.
* Drive employee engagement initiatives and build a positive workplace culture.
* Support HR-related legal matters, provide guidance on employment contracts, and workplace policies.
* Facilitate and assist managers in conducting annual appraisal interviews with employees.
* Report on the status of HR activities to Management and HQ HR.
* Manage HR administrative tasks with precision and organization.
* Enhance employer branding initiatives.
* Maintain smooth and constructive collaboration with the working council.
We Appreciate Candidates With:
* A University degree in Social Sciences.
* 2-5 years of experience in HR roles (recruitment of marketing and sales positions is an advantage).
* Up-to-date knowledge of labor laws, employment regulations, and HR policies.
* Experience working with works councils and understanding co-determination procedures.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* A high level of integrity and confidentiality.
* The ability to interpret and apply legal frameworks in a business context.
* Native Spanish proficiency and fluency in English.
* A driving license and willingness to travel nationally.
