Main Responsibilities
* This position is responsible for assisting in the preparation of consolidated financial statements for Wallbox Group, supporting SOX procedures (including control evidence), and attending to auditor requirements.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Finance (ADE)
* Proven experience in consolidation, accounting, or similar roles
* Knowledge of Spanish GAAPs and IFRS
* Understanding of Consolidation rules (IFRS)
* Knowledge of SOX Law
* Strong knowledge of accounting principles, systems, and procedures
* At least 4 years of experience in a similar position or at a Big4 firm
Skills
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken
* Experience managing data quality and traceability for regulatory reports
* Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, with good presentation skills
* Excellent communication skills in an international, multicultural team
* Team player with self-starting and autonomous working style
* Ability to adapt to multicultural environments
* Reliable and discreet
You Will
* Prepare consolidated financial statements
* Review the accounting treatment of group transactions
* Develop and implement financial procedures
* Assist in preparing annual reports under Spanish GAAP and IFRS
* Ensure compliance with Transfer Pricing Policies
* Problem-solving and proactive attitude
* Support the Finance Department's initiatives and activities
