Therefore, we need a Project Manager who will work closely with the Marketing Operations team to help coordinate work across teams, identify and fill gaps in our existing processes, and build project plans and accompanying documentation.**What you'll do**- Manage and supervise marketing projects from beginning to end.- Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the company, its products, and its client base to implement effective marketing campaigns.- Reconcile input and feedback from project stakeholders,- Enable teams to accomplish tasks in an efficient matter.- Work in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.- Build project plans and accompanying documentation.- Identify gaps or problems in existing processes.- Assist the operations team in implementing a new marketing stack- Proactively identify project challenges early in the process.**Qualifications**:- Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.- Experience with project management theory and best practices.- A high degree of organizational and time management skills- Strong analytical skills.- Good communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.- Quick learner and comfortable with multitasking.- Excellent interpersonal skills and effective verbal and written communication**Nice to haves**:- Tech-savvy and passionate about the start-up scene- Passion for agile marketing- Proven interest in marketing- Scrum certification**The benefits we offer**- Work 100% remotely- Free access to all our offline and online training programs, worth $10,000- Dynamic, diverse, and international environment where you will make an impact right away**To apply**:—At Product School we don't just accept differences—we celebrate it, we support it, and we thrive on it for the benefit of our employees, our services, and our community.
