My client is expanding internationally beyond their core team currently located in Spain, to ensure they deliver high-quality products and services to their existing and future international customers.
Having grown during the past years from a small startup, they are looking for even more growth bringing more exceptional individuals to their Engineering team. Having engagements with top players and clients in the industry with global audiences, with plans on expanding the operations with new and exciting products.
Although this position is full-time remote, offering flexible work schedules with core hours from 9am to 2pm UTC. Be ahead of the competition with us!
The Mission

we optimize the processusing real-time intelligence. We are seeking an Engineering Project Manager to lead our Media Analytics team. You will be responsible for the products that 'ingest', 'process', and 'visualize' the heartbeat of global streaming sessions, ensuring our customers have the data they need to deliver flawless content at scale.
Your Impact
As the Engineering Project Manager for Media Analytics, your leadership directly impacts the streaming experience of millions. You will lead the team responsible for building the products that monitor global content delivery networks. You will own the lifecycle of your engineers and the integrity of the data that powers our products.
Product Ownership (Media Analytics):
You will own the lifecycle of our analytics products. This means moving beyond\ "data processing\" to delivering insights on Quality of Experience and Quality of Service. You will ensure our customers can see in real-time the impact on the content and the delivery in the audience.
High-Scale Metrics Ingestion:
Lead the engineering of robust, low-latency ingestion pipelines. You will ensure our pipelines are resilient, scalable, and capable of capturing and processing real-time telemetry events from end user devices, ensuring that data is processed accurately and efficiently even during massive global events (like high profile sports events).
Strategic Data Governance:
You are the guardian of our data integrity. You will define the governance frameworks that ensure our analytics are consistent, reliable, and compliant with global privacy standards (GDPR/CCPA), creating a\ "single source of truth\" forour internal teams and external clients.
Team Leadership:
Hire, mentor, and retain a world-class team. You will lead performance reviews, define career paths, and foster a culture of psychological safety and high accountability.
Operational Excellence & Cross-Functional Bridge:
Drive the roadmap for our analytics stack, collaborating with our customers and other teams to ensure our data products provide actionable insights for top-tier industry players, and enabling automated optimizations across our entire delivery ecosystem.
What You Bring to the Table
Leadership Experience:
5+ years in engineering management with a proven track record of managing people, conducting performance reviews, and building inclusive, high-output teams.
Data Expertise:
Strong understanding of Data Governance frameworks and the complexities of Metrics Ingestion at scale (real-time telemetry, data lakes, or stream processing).
Technical Foundation:
Background in software engineering with experience in microservices, CI/CD, and scalable architectures in public cloud providers (AWS/GCP). Familiarity with stream processing (Kafka, Flink) or OLAP databases (ClickHouse, Druid) is a significant plus.
Decision Maven:
Comfortable driving consensus through ambiguity. You can balance technical debt with the need for rapid innovation.
Agile Advocacy:
Deep experience in Scrum/Agile, using these frameworks to empower teams rather than micromanage them.
The Tech Edge (Nice to have)
Observability:
Experience with Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or Apache Druid for large-scale analytics.
Industry Knowledge:
Experience in theOTT/Video Streamingindustry (HLS, DASH, WebRTC).

Project Manager Consultant - Engineering
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer (PMC) for a steel making project. The role focuses on project management, technical assurance, and coordination between stakeholders across all electrical systems. The successful candidate will work closely with EPC/EPCM partners, OEMs, and internal stakeholders to ensure safe, timely, and compliant project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Lead electrical engineering oversight for LV/MV power distribution, substations, MCCs, drives, automation interfaces, grounding, and plant utilities.
Review and approve design documents, single‑line diagrams, load lists, cable schedules, protection philosophies, and vendor data.
Ensure compliance with international standards (IEC, IEEE), project specifications, and steel‑industry requirements.
Coordinate with EPC/EPCM contractors on engineering deliverables, design changes, and technical clarifications.
Lead and manage 3D model coordination across all electrical systems, ensuring alignment between OEM models, EPC/EPCM engineering teams, and civil/mechanical/automation disciplines.
Monitor progress of electrical engineering, procurement, FATs, SATs, and construction activities.
Support procurement by reviewing technical bids, evaluating vendor proposals, and participating in technical negotiations.
Provide site supervision during installation, testing, commissioning, and energization of electrical equipment.
Ensure strict adherence to HSE requirements, electrical safety rules, and lockout/tagout procedures.
Participate in risk assessments, constructability reviews, and interface management with mechanical, civil, and automation teams.
Prepare progress reports, and technical recommendations for project leadership.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
Experience in heavy industry projects (steelmaking, metals, mining, or large industrial plants).
Strong knowledge of MV/LV systems, protection relays, transformers, motors, VFDs, UPS, earthing, and power quality.
Experience working in PMC, EPC, or EPCM environments.
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, standards, and vendor documentation.
Strong communication and stakeholder‑coordination skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office.
Preferred Experience
Previous involvement in steelmaking, melt shop, rolling mill, or industrial furnace projects.
Experience with SCADA/DCS interfaces, industrial automation, and instrumentation.
Knowledge of EMC/EMF regulations, and European electrical standards
Multidisciplinary coordination in international project environments.

About the Role
The Senior Electromechanical Engineer – PV is responsible for leading and governing the multidisciplinary design of utility‑scale photovoltaic plants, acting as technical authority and people leader within the Engineering organization.
The role ensures technical coherence, constructability, cost efficiency and execution readiness across all PV subsystems, bridging engineering design, EPC execution and site realities, and supporting strategic decision‑making at project and portfolio level.
Responsibilities
Engineering Leadership & Governance
Act as Engineering Leader for Specialized PV engineering team.
Provide leadership and strategic support to Engineering Management.
Lead and coordinate civil, mechanical and electrical engineering teams.
Act as technical evaluator and decision making support for the Engineering Department.
Ensure continuity, alignment and performance of engineering teams during transition or high load periods.
Multidisciplinary PV Design (Full Scope Ownership)
Oversight and validation of DC system design, Inverters and power stations, LV / MV collection systems, Grounding, lightning protection and electrical interfaces.
Coordination with grid and HV engineering teams.
Mechanical Design
Oversight of Site grading and earthworks strategies, Cut & fill optimization, Cable routes, foundations and drainage concepts.
Coordination with civil teams to ensure constructability and cost control.
Communications & Control Systems
Supervision of SCADA architecture and layouts, Plant communications and monitoring systems, Interface with commissioning and grid compliance systems.
Design Execution & EPC Interface
Direct coordination between design office and site execution.
Oversight of detailed engineering for international utility‑scale PV plants.
Engineering interface between design assumptions and on‑site constraints.
Support to construction, commissioning and cold commissioning activities.
Supervision of technical documentation, inspections and official communications.
Project & Commercial Support
Execution of comparative technical analyses.
Preparation of project estimations and support to management decision‑making.
Contributor to contract negotiation and closing with global suppliers and subcontractors.
Technical support to procurement and subcontractor selection.
Technical support to business and M&A departments.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Industrial Engineering, or similar.
Minimum of 6–7 years in technical offices within the renewable energy sector (mandatory experience in large-scale photovoltaic projects exceeding 50 MW with solar tracking systems).
Spanish and English.

Position Overview
The
BESS Delivery & Service Manager / Engineer (Utility Scale)
is responsible for the execution and lifecycle support of
large-scale battery energy storage projects
after the project is secured by the sales and presales teams. The role manages the
technical delivery, commissioning, and operational support
of utility-scale BESS projects.
Key Responsibilities
1. Project Handover from Sales / Presales

2. Project Execution & Delivery

4. Operations Support & Service Management

post-commissioning support and service activities
