For a major multinational company that is a Global leader in its sector we are looking for a Salesforce Technical Lead & Architect to spearhead the evolution of the Salesforce platform across sales, marketing, customer service, and operations.
You will not simply manage development—you will act as the visionary behind the core CRM architecture, defining the standards, frameworks, and modular structures that support the global business.
You will design the technical foundation that empowers their teams, improves system performance, and accelerates innovation.
Responsibilities & Tasks
- Design and implement a modular, high-performance Salesforce architecture based on reusable, scalable, and maintainable components.
- Ensure long-term sustainability and alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
- Mentor and guide a high-performing team of Salesforce developers.
- Foster a culture of technical excellence, clean code, and continuous improvement.
- Define the internal “Dev Core” by creating shared libraries, frameworks, and coding standards.
- Establish best practices for development, testing, and documentation.
- Drive modularization through Unlocked and Managed Packages (2GP).
- Build a distributable, enterprise-grade codebase that supports global scalability.
- Oversee CI/CD pipelines, version control, and release management.
- Ensure reliable, secure, and frequent deployments.
- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, IT, and Enterprise Architecture teams.
- Align technical roadmaps with business priorities and digital strategy.
Experience, Knowledge & Skills
- 5+ years of advanced Salesforce development experience (Apex, LWC, Visualforce).
- 2+ years in a technical leadership or architectural role.
- Proven experience designing shared libraries and distributed system architectures.
- Strong expertise in SFDX, Dev Hub, and the Salesforce Metadata Model.
- Mastery of Unlocked/Managed Packages and CI/CD workflows (GitHub Actions or similar).
- Deep understanding of SOLID principles and interface-oriented design.
- Experience building internal frameworks adopted across teams.

- Contributions to open-source or technical communities.
- Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or progress toward certification.

Studies
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
Language
