The Role We're seeking a skilled and motivated Sales Manager to strengthen our partnerships and develop new business opportunities in Spain, France, Italy, and the Middle East.
You will be responsible for managing key retail clients, developing new relationships, and working closely with our design team to deliver great products and strong partnerships.
Key Responsibilities Identify and develop new client relationships within key retail markets Manage and grow existing retail partnerships through proactive engagement Collaborate with the Says Who design and engineering teams on product development projects Participate in international trade fairs, client meetings, and factory visits (approx. 70 travel days per year) Contribute to the company's strategic growth plans and market insights Qualifications Proven B2B sales experience within the furniture or interior design industry Established network or deep understanding of retailers in Spain, France, Italy, or the Middle East Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills Experience with product development or design collaboration is an advantage Fluent in English and at least one regional language (Spanish, French, or Italian) Self-driven, structured, and result-oriented mindset Location: Remote — based in Portugal or Spain Employment Type: Full-time Compensation: EUR 2,*****,000/month (fixed + performance bonus) Travel: Approx.
