As a Salesforce Business Partner, you will serve as a link between the salesforce.com department and other areas of the organization, ensuring business needs align with Salesforce capabilities and facilitating communication and collaboration.
Your main responsibilities include:
* Relationship Management: Maintaining and managing relationships with key Salesforce stakeholders.
* Internal Consulting: Providing strategic support and consulting to business teams on Salesforce use and implementation.
* Requirements Analysis: Understanding team needs and translating them into functional requirements.
* Process Optimization: Identifying opportunities to improve business processes using CRM.
* Training and Support: Providing ongoing training and support to ensure effective platform utilization.
* Monitoring and Reporting: Overseeing platform usage and reporting on key metrics to stakeholders.
We expect from you:
* A university degree in Business Administration, IT, or related fields.
* At least 5 years of experience in business relationship management or similar roles.
* Solid knowledge of Salesforce platforms and strong project management skills.
* Analytical skills and data-driven decision-making ability.
* Excellent communication skills and effective teamwork.
* Fluency in Spanish and English.
