We constantly experiment and iterate based on data, insights, and user feedback—simplifying rebooking processes, reshaping the presentation of available slots, removing unnecessary steps, or introducing smart calendar widgets. We monitor, test, and improve relentlessly.
Search Traffic Acquisition (STA) Team
The STA team aims to make Docplanner the primary online destination for individuals seeking healthcare information or ready to book appointments. We operate at the intersection of SEO, content strategy, and platform performance to attract millions of users and drive qualified patient traffic.
We use a data-driven approach to SEO growth, focusing on performance and technical metrics to enhance our Web Performance Optimization (WPO) and overall Search Visibility, including Core Web Vitals, technical SEO compliance, indexability, and crawl optimization.
Our work includes ensuring legal compliance, building end-to-end solutions for search strategies (such as blogs, authoring, content management, and database tools), supporting cross-functional projects like B2B web initiatives, and partnering with Google on strategic pilots affecting user interaction with Google Search.
We are seeking an Engineering Manager to lead both the Patient Bookings and Search Traffic Acquisition teams. You will report to the Engineering Director and collaborate closely with Product and Design leadership to shape a vital part of Docplanner’s platform. Your goal: drive product impact through a focus on conversion, UX, and operational excellence.
You will lead a team working on high-visibility features and touchpoints, managing both short-term experiments and long-term architectural evolutions, leading two teams of 8-12 engineers in total.
Managing the project
Develop project scopes and objectives involving all relevant stakeholders to ensure technical feasibility.
Act as a hands-on project manager and people leader throughout the process.
Ensure timely delivery of projects within scope and budget.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders, tech leaders, product managers, and legal and security teams.
Regularly assess and support team members' performance.
Understanding of Product and Business Metrics
Exceptional project management skills, with experience overseeing projects from conception to completion, ensuring delivery, stakeholder management, and alignment with business objectives.
