**How you will make an impact**:
- Assist in accounts receivable processes, including invoice tracking and customer payment follow-ups.
- Review and validate accounts payable entries and ensure timely processing.
- Support debt reconciliation efforts by analyzing outstanding balances and resolving discrepancies.
- Perform Days Receivable Turnover analysis to monitor collection efficiency.
- Generate and manage receipts for incoming payments.
- Audit and verify recurrent expense invoices for accuracy and compliance.
- Use and maintain the Coupa system for procurement and expense management.
**What will you need (required)**:
- Currently enrolled in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related degree and available to sign a learning agreement with the university for 6 months in Valencia.
**What else we look for (preferred)**:
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with Excel and financial systems (Coupa experience is a plus).
- Proficiency in English
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
