Spain Sales Leader | Anker Innovations
We are looking for an experienced and driven Sales Leader to head our commercial operations in Spain. This is a senior leadership role for a results-oriented professional ready to shape our go-to-market strategy, lead a high-performing sales team, and accelerate Anker's growth across one of our key European markets.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, develop, and inspire the Spain sales team, setting clear goals and fostering a high-performance culture aligned with Anker's values.
* Own the overall commercial strategy for Spain, defining priorities across key retail partners, channels, and customer segments to drive sustainable revenue growth.
* Build and manage senior-level relationships with top-tier retail partners and key accounts, acting as the primary commercial point of contact at strategic level.
* Lead high-stakes commercial negotiations on pricing, promotions, trading terms, and supply agreements to maximize Net Sales and Operational Profit.
* Define and execute annual business plans and promotional strategies in alignment with regional KPIs and revenue targets.
* Drive cross-functional alignment across Marketing, Product Management, Operations, Logistics, Finance, and Customer Service to ensure seamless execution.
* Oversee sales forecasting, budget management, and performance analysis, translating data insights into actionable strategies.
* Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer dynamics to identify growth opportunities and anticipate risks.
* Represent Anker at key industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings across Spain.
* Report directly to regional leadership, providing clear and timely business updates and strategic recommendations.
What We're Looking For
* Proven track record in a senior sales or commercial leadership role, ideally within consumer electronics or a related fast-moving industry.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a team.
* Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable operating with autonomy in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
* Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills at senior level.
* Data-driven approach to decision-making with strong commercial and financial acumen.
* Fluency in Spanish and English; additional languages are a plus.
* Willingness to travel as required across Spain and internationally.
