What we are looking for is someone with experience as an AI Literacy Learning Content Developer to join a pharma sector project team.
Your responsibilities will be:
* Manage and facilitate the creation of AI literacy learning content.
* Collaborate with business leaders to record videos and develop text-based content.
* Align content development with AI training programs.
* Suggest frameworks, outlines, and strategies for the overall AI literacy program.
* Create assessments, knowledge check questions, and reflection questions.
* Support content creation for the communications campaign as needed.
We are looking for the following experience:
* Experience in learning and development.
* Familiarity with AI concepts and their business applications.
* Experience in creating and managing training programs.
* Proficiency in developing various types of learning content (text, video, interactive).
* Knowledge of instructional design principles.
* Experience collaborating with senior leaders for content creation.
