Job Description
As Account Manager Levante BD Pyxis, you will call on healthcare organizations, primarily hospitals, in a defined geographic area. The Account Manager will serve as a customer‑facing product expert primarily responsible for educating physicians and nurses on the clinical advantages of the BD Pyxis and product portfolio.
Main Responsibilities
* Thoroughly understand product line features, benefits and proof sources. Routinely see all customers within the assigned geographic area.
* Monitor the tendering process and timing for the territory assigned.
* Establish excellent relationships with all healthcare professionals and physicians in their territory. Educate physicians and clinical personnel on use of BD products.
* Collaborate with cross‑functional counterparts and extended sales force by consistently communicating and sharing best practices.
* Identify new potential clients and analyze their clinical and technical requirements to define the project requisition and build the economical offer for the client.
* Follow installations and adoption of the projects implemented in the client.
* Follow up and sell the maintenance contracts, price review and negotiation of service requirements with clients.
* Provide solution‑oriented strategies to facilitate product adoption and accelerate sales growth.
* Successfully launch new devices developed or acquired by the organization in the assigned territory.
* Routinely update sale actions plans and forecasts. Maintain administrative .
About You
* Desirable degree in commercial management, marketing with emphasis in Life Sciences, Medicine, or related technical field.
* Minimum of 5 years of demonstrable experience selling solutions for the automation of medication management in hospitals (especially SADME).
* Established business planning and forecasting experience.
* Relationship with key collaborators of Hospital Pharmacy. Experience selling to pharmacies and nursing in a clinical setting.
* English upper intermediate.
Salary
Salary range for this role: 55 000€ – 60 000€.
