As an Airfreight Specialist, you will own and manage the full operational cycle of AIR shipments, ensuring accurate documentation, smooth coordination, and timely customer invoicing. You'll play a key role in delivering a world‐class logistics experience.

Coordinate transport with multiple parties for pickups and deliveries
Coordination of import & export air operations
Manage bookings with airlines and consolidations
Prepare and manage documentation (AWB, Manifest, etc.)
Manage operational finance (customer invoicing, supplier invoices, file closing)
Update systems (Cargowise One)
Maintain proactive communication with customers and stakeholders to manage all steps of an AIR shipment
1–3 years of experience in a similar role
Strong knowledge of airfreight operations
Solid stakeholder management abilities
A strong sense of urgency and commitment to high‐quality delivery
A customer‐centric mindset and passion for creating excellent experiences
Language skills: Spanish & English required; Portuguese highly valued
A proactive, organized, and solution‐oriented approach
