The role is focused on influencing customers to develop the category of contact lenses by generating new users. This involves changing the mindset of Eye Care Professionals (ECPs) and business owners to become more proactive about contact lenses.

The responsibilities include:
* Analyzing businesses to identify opportunities
* Influencing customers to change their mindset from passive to proactive
* Understanding customer needs and channel specifics
* Developing the contact lens category using basic tools
* Executing Joint Business Plans (JBP) defined for each Key Account (KA)
* Building the Misight category and promoting its benefits
* Teaching and encouraging ECPs to improve children's lives
* Covering coverage plans designed for each area
* Following sales processes
* Developing relationships with customers and stakeholders
* Negotiating price increases when required
* Providing value to the team
* Understanding CooperVision programs and utilizing them effectively
* Completing reporting and administrative duties
* Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and competitor information
* Attending conferences and training sessions as requested
