Key Responsibilities
1. Complete all duties to ensure the monthly Supply Planning processes support the integrated planning processes, including creation, execution, and maintenance of the Supply Plan, Master Production Schedule, and medium-term capacity outlooks.
2. Develop proactive strategies to anticipate and mitigate supply planning issues and risks; report and own plans to improve supply plan accuracy and outlook.
3. Maintain inventory targets by categories, manage inventory of new and phased-out parts, and promote continuous improvement initiatives to reduce inventory levels.
4. Execute the monthly supply planning cycle, incorporating input from all relevant stakeholders.
5. Manage raw materials and finished goods inventory to prevent losses and maintain levels according to targets.
6. Conduct security checks on inventory completeness and develop mitigation strategies for supply planning risks.
7. Contribute to the monthly S&OP cycle and annual budget cycle with supply planning input.
8. Create and monitor supply-related KPIs to drive improvement initiatives.
9. Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure the supply plan reflects a consensus view and is accurately maintained in relevant systems like SAP IBP and SAP ECC.
10. Maintain supply-related parameters and master data; manage and mentor the supply planning team.
Minimum Requirements
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Management, Supply Chain Management, or equivalent; CPIM/APICS certification preferred.
* Extensive experience in end-to-end Supply Chain, Project Management, and Operations.
* Strong knowledge of S&OP processes and supply planning best practices.
* Previous people management experience, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
* Proficiency in analysis, root cause analysis, and MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
* Advanced user of SAP R/3 MM and PP modules; ability to utilize Business Intelligence systems for data extraction and reporting.
* Fluency in Spanish is essential; proficiency in English required.
* Experience in Operational Excellence, Lean Manufacturing, and GMP in the pharma industry.
