This role will be responsible for driving costoptimization, ensuring service quality, and managing supplier relationshipsaligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate brings 3-7 years ofexperience in procurement within complex, multinational environments.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end procurement processes for different kind of good andservices, including RFPs, RFQs, contract negotiations, and supplierselection.Develop and execute global sourcing strategies for key categories ,leading end to end esourcing activities.Build and maintain strong relationships with strategic local ointernational vendors and goods and services providers.Negotiate commercial terms, SLAs, and contracts to ensure value,compliance, and risk mitigation.Partner with IT, finance, legal, and business stakeholders to alignprocurement strategies with organizational goals.Monitor supplier performance through KPIs and SLAs, drivingcontinuous improvement and innovation.Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement procurement bestpractices across regions.Ensure compliance with internal procurement policies and externalregulatory requirements.Lead contract lifecycle management and support audits whenrequired.Analyze market trends and emerging technologies to inform sourcingdecisions.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, IT, or arelated field (Master’s degree is a plus).3-7 years of experience in procurement, with a strong focus on goodsand services sourcing in multinational companies as well as Iocalmarkets.Proven experience managing large-scale, complex vendornegotiations and contracts.Experience working in international environments with cross-functional teams.Solid knowledge of procurement tools, ERP systems (e.G., SAP, Ariba),and contract management platforms.Skills & CompetenciesExcellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.Strong analytical and financial acumen.Ability to operate in a fast-paced, global environment.Strategic thinking with a results-oriented mindset.High level of communication skills inEnglish & German.Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.Our client is aware of the importance of people for the success of theorganization, and is aware that employee motivation is essential for theproper functioning of the organization.
