📌 Key Responsibilities
- 🚚 Coordinate transport with multiple parties for pickups and deliveries
- 🛫 Coordination of import & export air operations
- 🛫 Manage bookings with airlines and consolidations
- 🧾 Handle customs procedures
- 📄 Prepare and manage documentation (AWB, Manifest, etc.)
- 📢 Post or accept pre‑alerts
- 💰 Manage operational finance (customer invoicing, supplier invoices, file closing)
- 💻 Update systems (Cargowise One)
- 🤝 Maintain proactive communication with customers and stakeholders to manage all steps of an AIR shipment
🎯 What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of airfreight operations
- Excellent communication skills
- Solid stakeholder management abilities
- A strong sense of urgency and commitment to high‑quality delivery
- A customer‑centric mindset and passion for creating excellent experiences
- Language skills: Spanish & English required; Portuguese highly valued
- A proactive, organized, and solution‑oriented approach ✨
