Join our team as a Identity & Access Management (IAM) Engineer (m/f/d) – SailPoint ISC — either on-site at our locations in Madrid, Barcelona or flexibly remote from within Spain.

Your Responsibilities:
* Operate, administer, and continuously improve Identity & Access Management (IAM) systems, with a focus on SailPoint ISC.
* Manage and maintain SailPoint ISC components within SaaS environments.
* Monitor system health, connectors, workflows, and integrations, proactively resolving issues.
* Manage access control policies, roles, authentication flows, and integrations with other systems.
* Maintain integrations with directories, HR systems, Active Directory, Entra ID, SAP modules, ServiceNow, and SIEM tools.
* Implement system changes, patches, and enhancements in line with change management best practices.
* Collaborate with internal and customer teams to optimize processes, performance, and documentation (runbooks, knowledge articles).
Your Experience:
* Hands-on experience with SailPoint Identity Security Cloud (ISC); relevant certifications are a plus.
* Solid understanding of IAM concepts, including LDAP, SAML, authentication flows, and system integrations.
* Strong troubleshooting skills with experience analyzing logs, APIs, and relational databases.
* Experience working with Jira (or other ITSM tools), Confluence, GitLab, and Microsoft Office.
* Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, and customer-focused communication skills.
* Languages: Spanish and English (B2 level) required; Catalan is a plus.
