Role Overview:
As a Ads Onboarding Account Manager, you will act as a trusted advisor to new advertisers, supporting them throughout the onboarding process and helping them establish a strong foundation for successful digital marketing campaigns. From account setup to campaign launch and optimization, you will provide expert guidance and recommendations to maximize performance and long-term results.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage a portfolio of newly onboarded clients, ensuring a smooth setup and activation of advertising accounts
  • Understand clients' business objectives and develop tailored advertising strategies aligned with their goals
  • Create, launch, and optimize pay-per-click (PPC) campaigns based on industry best practices and performance targets
  • Build strong client relationships through phone calls, virtual meetings, and email communications
  • Provide strategic recommendations and ongoing support to improve campaign effectiveness and return on investment
  • Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and the adoption of advanced advertising solutions
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and implement data-driven optimizations
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding experience and high customer satisfaction
  • Stay informed about digital marketing trends, advertising platform updates, and emerging technologies
  • Consistently contribute to client success by delivering valuable insights, strategic guidance, and performance-focused solutions
Requirements:
  • Language Skills: Fluent in German (C2) and English (C1 level)
  • Experience: Minimum of one year of professional experience in sales or marketing
  • Skills: Strong leadership qualities, analytical mindset, and excellent communication abilities
