We are hiring a Dutch Payroll Specialist to join our client’s growing team in Spain. You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end payroll process for Dutch entities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and a high level of client satisfaction. This is a permanent, full-time position with clear development opportunities and a supportive international team.

Responsibilities
* Manage and process Dutch payroll from start to finish
* Support new client implementations and go-lives
* Maintain and update client documentation and work instructions
* Ensure compliance with Dutch legislation and payroll standards
* Handle escalations and support resolution of technical or process issues
* Monitor and apply upcoming legislative changes
* Support year-end processes and reporting
* Contribute to continuous improvement and automation efforts
* Provide coaching and support to team members when needed
Your Profile
* Native-level Dutch and good command of English
* Previous experience in payroll, preferably within HR consulting, outsourcing, or a corporate environment
* Strong understanding of Dutch payroll processes and legislation
* High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and ability to handle confidential data
* Proactive and solution-oriented, with a willingness to work in a fast-paced international environment
