BD is one of the largest global medical technology companies, dedicated to advancing health through innovative solutions. We are seeking a results-driven Senior Business Development Manager to lead growth initiatives for our PPC / PDC and Chain Segment across Europe.
Location: Remote, anywhere in Europe (preferably near an airport for travel within Europe)
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute BD’s EMEA strategy for PDC, PPC, and Chains to achieve profitable growth.
2. Coordinate with regional teams to align objectives, product requirements, and go-to-market strategies.
3. Provide guidance to sales partners to ensure effective strategy execution.
4. Manage the shadow P&L for the PPC and PDC business.
5. Collaborate with platform representatives to develop a unified vision.
6. Work with product development to define and prioritize product features based on market feedback.
7. Support marketing campaigns and initiatives.
8. Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and competitors to inform strategy.
9. Analyze market data and feedback to identify new opportunities and improvements.
10. Report regularly on business performance, KPIs, and financial metrics to senior management.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, Marketing, or related; MBA is a plus.
* 7+ years in business development, strategic marketing, or commercial leadership within healthcare or medical devices.
* Experience managing professional and retail/channel sales across EMEA, with a focus on PDC and PPC preferred.
* Proven track record of regional revenue growth and strategic account management.
* Strong financial, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to analyze complex data, including market trends and regulatory guidelines.
* Experience working in matrix organizations with cross-functional teams.
* Willingness to travel within EMEA.
* Proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce.
* Fluent in English.
