We are looking for a German Content Moderator to join our dynamic team and help maintain the integrity of a major online platform. Whether you're experienced or just starting your professional journey, this full-time or part-time role offers you the chance to thrive in a multicultural and supportive environment
What You'll Do:
* Content Moderation: Review and moderate user-generated content (text, images, and videos) to ensure it aligns with platform policies and community guidelines.
* Policy Enforcement: Identify and escalate sensitive issues to specialized teams when necessary.
* Quality Focus: Maintain high levels of accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail.
* Trend Awareness: Stay updated on platform updates, moderation trends, and evolving guidelines.
Work Schedule Options:
Full-time (39h/week): Rotational shifts (morning, afternoon, evening) from Monday to Sunday, including 2 weekends per month (days off may be split during the week)
What We're Looking For:
* Fluent in German: Native or near-native proficiency is essential.
* Proficient in English: B2+ level for internal communication.
* Attention to Detail: Ability to handle sensitive content carefully and maintain focus during shifts.
* Adaptability: Comfortable working on a rotational schedule, including weekends.
* No Experience Needed: Full training will be provided
