SUMMARY OF POSITION
Adalvo seeks a meticulous and business-focused Legal Manager to provide comprehensive legal support across Adalvo's organization. Together with a team of committed colleagues, the Legal Manager will have an active role within the Legal Department, supporting a range of on-going projects in collaboration with key departments such as Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, Corporate Development, Alliance Management and Scientific Affairs.
ORGANIZATION STRUCTURE
The Legal Manager position is an in-house legal counsel role incorporated in the Legal Department, reporting to the Senior Legal Manager.
RESPONSIBILITIES
On a daily basis, the Legal Manager will:
* Provide strategic legal advice and guidance to support Adalvo's business operations;
* Draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including but not limited to licensing agreements, development agreements, manufacturing and supply agreements and distribution agreements;
* Contribute to building and designing best legal processes and practices for the Legal Department that streamline operations and improve overall legal functions;
* Provide timely recommendations to mitigate potential legal exposure;
* Proactively identify potential legal risks and assist in implementing strategies to minimize those risks;
* Regularly communicate with and provide input to the Senior Legal Manager regarding legal issues and developments affecting Adalvo.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

* Excellent level of English, both written and spoken;
* 3 to 7 years of legal experience preferably within an in-house Legal department at a pharmaceutical company or, at a top law firm with a focus on life sciences;
* Proven track record in managing commercial agreements, such as licensing agreements, development agreements, manufacturing and supply agreements and distribution agreements;
* Strong ability to collaborate in a team environment;
* Business-focused, with the ability to understand and align legal strategies with broader business objectives;
* Excellent written and oral communication skills, enabling communication across various levels of the organization;
* Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with executive leadership, internal teams, and external partners; and
* A dedicated and high-integrity professional who operates with the utmost ethical standards in handling sensitive legal matters.
