We help Data Centers achieve more performance per watt! Our innovative software helps serve that cause. /ppbr/ppOur startup, EAR - Energy Aware Solutions, develops software that tackles one of the biggest bottlenecks in AI and high-performance computing: energy efficiency. /ppbr/ppOur solution is already deployed in production across leading European data centers (LRZ, BSC, SURF, EDF, European Space Agency…), helping reduce energy consumption of HPC and AI workloads by up to 50%. /ppbr/pp Why this role matters: /ppUntil now, our growth has been driven through: HPC procurements (RFPs), OEM partnerships (world leaders) /pp We are now building our direct enterprise sales channel: /ppbr/ppThis is a founding sales role with full ownership and direct impact on company growth. /ppbr/ppWe are also preparing our first equity fundraising round this year. /ppbr/pp Responsibilities: /pulliBuild pipeline (outbound + network) /liliDrive enterprise sales cycles with: HPC centers, AI infrastructure teams, Data center operators, Enterprises deploying large-scale compute. /liliSell a deep technical software solution to expert buyers (infra, ops, CTO-level) /liliClose complex B2B deals (€50K+ ACV) and increase deal size /liliHelp define our go-to-market strategy (ICP, messaging, segmentation...) /liliDevelop new markets, especially AI service providers and enterprise AI /li /ulpbr/pp Profile /pulli5–10+ years in B2B sales / business development /liliExperience in at least one: /li /ulp-HPC / supercomputing /pp-Data center / infrastructure /pp-AI infrastructure / cloud / service providers /pulliProven experience in enterprise / complex sales /liliComfortable selling technical solutions /liliAble to engage with: Directors of Operations, Infrastructure / HPC leads /liliStrong autonomy, hands-on execution, and builder mindset /li /ulpbr/pp Location: /pulliOur office: Barcelona, Spain /liliRole open to Europe (remote) /liliTravel required (customers + industry events) /li /ulpbr/p
