A Data & AI consultant will combine delivery team leadership and execution, actively participating in commercial proposals.
What skills & experience are we looking for?
Basic Qualifications
* Bachelor’s / Master’s or MBA degree
* Proficient in English (written and oral)
* Minimum of 3 years working in Data & AI or related business transformation
* Minimum of 3 years in strategy or management consulting
Soft Skills
* Exceptional presentation skills – ability to convey technology and business value propositions
* Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
* Excellent leadership and management skills
* Strategic thinking, proactivity, and curiosity
Strategic Skills :
* Ability to understand new digital challenges, industrial & business context, and develop strategic solutions regarding Data & AI, including Generative AI
* Experience transforming analytical outcomes into business insights as a data scientist
Technical Skills
* Advanced Data Analytics Techniques : proficient in machine learning, deep learning, and Generative AI
* Programming Skills : strong in Python, with ability to develop, optimize, and troubleshoot code for data analysis and modeling
* AI Model Deployment and MLOps : experience deploying models into production and integrating into business processes
* Data Ethics : understanding of ethical considerations and regulatory compliance in handling sensitive data
