Spare Parts Coordinator

Main Responsibilities Main point of contact with spare parts suppliers: negotiations, contracts, purchase orders, and reporting Direct contact with teams and clients: spare parts sales both on and off track Inventory management: warehouse and truck stock control, from goods reception to storage Logistics and administration: deliveries, customs procedures, and invoicing Preparation and maintenance of catalogues, manuals, and related documentation

What We Are Looking For Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive mindset Knowledge of engineering/mechanics and administration Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word Fluent in Spanish and English B1 driving license, and possibility to obtain C+E
