What will you do?
* Communicate with clients primarily in German (80%) and English (20%)
* Handle inquiries related to corporate credit cards and transaction issues
* Provide support via phone and email
* Ensure client satisfaction through professional and friendly communication
* Work Monday to Friday, 9 : 00–20 : 00 (split shifts), with one rotating day off per week
Candidate profile
1. Native or fluent in German
2. High level of English
3. Customer-oriented with strong communication skills
4. Reliable, flexible, and professional
5. Eligible to work in Spain starting September 2025
6. valid NIE number / Appointment for NIE!
