Position Overview The
Aftersales Director – Spain
will lead the company’s national aftersales operations, ensuring exceptional service quality, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction across all dealerships. This role plays a pivotal part in strengthening brand reputation, optimizing profitability, and driving customer retention. The ideal candidate will have a
proven track record in aftersales management within a leading automotive OEM or dealer network, with deep expertise in service operations, parts, and customer experience leadership. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute the aftersales strategy across Spain in line with the company’s business objectives and brand standards. Oversee service, parts, and body shop operations across all dealership locations to ensure consistent performance and customer satisfaction. Drive operational excellence, workshop productivity, and service process optimization. Lead initiatives to enhance customer experience and retention through superior service delivery. Partner with OEMs to ensure compliance with brand aftersales programs, warranty policies, and quality standards. Analyze performance metrics (CSI, profitability, service volume, retention rates) and implement improvement actions. Manage parts supply chain efficiency, inventory control, and parts sales targets. Lead and develop aftersales management teams to build a high-performance culture focused on results and continuous improvement. Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to ensure integrated customer lifecycle management. Drive digitalization and innovation initiatives to modernize service operations and customer engagement. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Automotive Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. 10+ years of leadership experience
in aftersales or service operations within the
automotive industry, ideally at a major OEM or large dealership group. Strong knowledge of aftersales processes, KPIs, and OEM network management. Proven experience in driving operational performance and customer satisfaction. Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Fluent in
Spanish and English ; additional European languages are an advantage. Analytical, results-oriented, and committed to service excellence and continuous improvement.
