The role also focuses on expanding our biosimilar portfolio through out-licensing and partnering activities, while coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure successful development, registration, manufacturing, and supply. Monitoring and following up on order fulfillment and delivery timelines Negotiating pricing and commercial terms to maximize value and competitiveness Expanding business with current partners through new SKUs, product launches, and portfolio growth Licensing & Business Development Developing compelling business cases and presenting them to senior management Act as the primary point of contact for partners, resolving issues across development, registration, and commercialization phases Provide valuable commercial insights to internal stakeholders, including market trends, competitor activity, and emerging risks/opportunities Strong commercial and negotiation skills Proven experience in pharma/biosimilars business development or sales Ability to manage complex partnerships and cross-functional projects Analytical mindset with strong numerical and business acumen Capacity to understand complex technical concepts and translate them into clear, business-oriented insights Advanced proficiency in Excel xohynlm for financial modelling and business case development Strong experience in delivering high-quality presentations to senior management Established network within the pharmaceutical sector across multiple geographies Degree in Biotechnology, Chemistry, Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (MBA is a plus) Minimum of 3 years of experience in Business Development and/or Licensing roles
