Regional Recruitment CIS (Internship)NEURO Business School is looking for a motivated Regional Recruitment Intern (CIS) to join our team. This internship includes flexible hours and the possibility to grow into a long‐term role based on performance and mutual interest.
Responsibilities
Recruit and guide students from CIS countries through the admissions process
Communicate with educational agencies and provide support throughout their application journey
Build and maintain relationships with companies, universities, and partner organizations in the CIS region
Present the school to prospective students, parents, and partners online and offline
Organize and participate in events, fairs, and presentations
Collaborate with the marketing team on CIS‐focused recruitment campaigns
Keep accurate records and prepare reports on recruitment activities
Ability to sign internship agreements with universities (we provide necessary documentation)
Requirements
Russian — must (native or fluent level)
English — fluent
Spanish is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks
Interest in recruitment, admissions, or education
Positive mindset and willingness to learn
Availability to work flexible hours
(No previous experience is required. Full training will be provided.)
