Job Description:
Danfoss is seeking a Customer Service Support (CSS) to strengthen internal activities that drive profitable relationships with customers. The CSS will ensure customer requirements are met while upholding the company’s vision and mission. The role involves collaboration with sales, logistics, fulfillment, and warehouse teams, and interaction with team members to achieve goals.
Responsibilities:
* Serve as a liaison with internal customers on administrative matters for projects.
* Collaborate with sales, logistics, fulfillment, and warehouse teams to meet customer expectations.
* Work with Customer Service team members to achieve team goals.
Background & Skills:
* High attention to detail, proactive, able to multitask, with strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
* Positive attitude towards procedural and system changes.
* Desirable SAP (Sales & Distribution) experience.
* Fluent spoken and written English; additional languages (Italian, French, Spanish) are valuable.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
* Experience in manufacturing or Service Cloud is desirable.
* Part-time: 16-20 hours/week.
* Contract: 6 months temporary with potential for permanence.
