About the Job
We are currently looking for a full-time Stock Controller for our store in Marbella, Puerto Banús. As a Stock Controller, you will maintain stock inventory in perfect condition, ensuring an efficient and logical organization of all stock rooms. You will manage delivery operations, replenish stock quickly and accurately, and ensure the right products are available on the sales floor to enhance store efficiency and maximize the client experience. You will work closely with the Supply Chain team to optimize stock management and support store operations.
Job Responsibilities
* Guarantee an efficient and logical organization of all storage rooms (products and packaging).
* Manage delivery activities, preparing and replenishing stocks quickly and precisely.
* Ensure availability of appropriate products in the store to improve efficiency and maximize the client experience.
* Improve product availability through interaction with the Supply Chain.
* Improve stock KPIs through various actions in collaboration with the store team and Headquarters.
* Ensure daily optimal stock counting by creating a precise Counting Calendar.
* Prepare the shop floor with necessary supplies to ensure smooth sales process and client comfort.
Administration
* Manage contracts with suppliers.
* Supervise store maintenance.
* Manage office supplies, uniform requests, kitchen supplies, etc.
* Follow internal audit guidelines.
General Functions
* Comply with company processes and procedures.
* Fully integrate into the store team and contribute to store goals.
* Help client advisors optimize their adaptability to client flow and adjust to client needs.
* Demonstrate curiosity and interest in the business to identify and resolve issues, achieving higher efficiency and client experience.

Requirements
* At least 3 years of experience in stock management/supply chain, ideally in a retail environment.
* Fluent in English & Spanish.
* Availability for a full-time permanent contract.
* Availability to work 40 hrs/week and flexibility to work weekends.
