Responsibility
- Lead the complete project life cycle from kick off to handover
- Act as the main point of contact for ALL aspects during project delivery
- Align project scope, schedule and resource planning with sales and other functional teams
- Create and own project communication plans (internal & external)
- Motivate project team and facilitate on-time delivery of project team’s deliverables
- Work at least 50% onsite during installation and testing phases
- Plan project budget and manage project margin
- Actively manage project finance including invoicing, milestone payments, freight, travel expenses, change orders and contractor payments
- Control project scope and manage scope change process with client
Required Skill and Capability
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Robotic Automation, IT, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- At least 3 years of project management experience. Knowledge of warehouse management, logistics solutions, 3PL, automation, or related fields.
- Business fluency in English, other European language is a plus
- Excellent communication and presentation skill
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, WMS, or other IT infrastructure
- Accept business travel frequently across EMEA region (up to 60-80% of the time)
