JOB SUMMARY

Responsible for leading and developing Attindas' commercial strategy (sales & marketing) in the retail channel in Iberia. Manages all commercial activity of Attindas' into the retail space (supermarkets, hypermarkets, drugstores and others) both under Attindas’ brands and those retailer brands produced by Attindas in Spain. Leads both retail sales & retail brand marketing, ensuring sustainable business growth, profitability, and the strengthening of strategic relationships with customers. This is a strategic and operational role, with a strong focus on results, leadership of high-performance teams, and cross-functional collaboration with finance, supply chain, and external partners (especially in the case of Partner Brands marketing, which is a European position).\nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Define and execute Iberia's retail commercial strategy (both own and retailer brands)\nLead and develop the sales team (8-10 HC)\nLead and develop the retail marketing team (3 HC)\nEDUCATION / CERTIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or similar.\nMBA or postgraduate training in Sales Management is a plus.
