The Hotel
Renowned Parisian designers Gilles & Boissier have created a sophisticated residential design for the 100 rooms and 53 suites, including several one-of-a-kind specialty suites, featuring unique design elements inspired by the hotel’s historic connections to the city, Spanish culture, and art.

Responsibilities
1. Assist the Head Sumiller and restaurant colleagues.
2. Understand and explain the outlet’s concept and food and beverage offerings to guests.
3. Complete mise en place shift by shift and during service, including cleaning tasks and equipment handling.
4. Operate the point of sales system to process orders.
5. Upsell services and products to enhance guest experience and increase revenue.
6. Maintain outlet equipment and utensils in good condition through proper handling and side duties.
7. Assist in stock management, including linen, beverages, and dried goods.
8. Perform any other tasks assigned by the restaurant manager.
9. Create moments to surprise and delight guests through gestures and actions.
10. Accurately take reservations and track guest preferences.
11. Greet, seat, and handle special requests from guests and VIPs according to MO standards.
12. Bid farewell to guests and anticipate their needs.
