You will work closely with key decision‑makers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions, all while expanding your expertise in a dynamic and supportive environment.
How you will make an impact
- Support the execution of the sales strategy and business development initiatives.
- Develop andmaintain sales plans in Salesforce.
- Assistin market analysis.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics.
- Identify growth opportunities.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key decision‑makers.
- Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals.
- Provide product knowledge and training.
Your background
- Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales or business development in the energy industry.
- Proventrack record of achieving sales targets and developing successful sales plans within a competitive environment.
- Strong understanding of energy products, systems and market dynamics, with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build relationships, conduct effective presentations and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% mainly through Spain to engage with stakeholders, clients, and support business initiatives across regions.
