As part of the EVAI Supply Chain team, you will be responsible for Demand & Supply Planning for the Evian Export business in EVAI export countries, in direct collaboration with local teams (Sales, Marketing & Finance) and the Export team based in Evian. Reporting to the Zone & Subzones Director & functionally to the Export Demand & Supply Manager based in Evian.
Your responsibilities will include :
* Co-build our Sales Forecast : Perform past sales analysis & define baseline; estimate impact of commercial & marketing plans vs baseline; follow and improve forecast accuracy at country and regional levels; monitor shipment forecast accuracy; challenge depletions forecast.
* Animate local forecast process (GPS) : Conduct monthly meetings with Sales & Finance to review results and YTG forecast; align team on the most accurate figures; investigate and explain variations between forecast and business targets.
* Supply Planning and Replenishment Management : Manage replenishments to maintain adequate local inventory levels; define and update inventory policies; plan product switches and launches; liaise with distributors for stock reports; monitor stock variations to prevent OOS; ensure weekly system updates and communicate portfolio changes.
* Stock Management : Collaborate with distributors for stock reports; monitor stock levels; provide updated stock information internally.
* Processes & Flow Mapping : Identify bottlenecks; optimize processes; analyze KPIs end-to-end; contribute to Route To Market improvements.
* KPI Monitoring : Demand forecast accuracy and bias; stock OOS rate and levels; customer service levels in collaboration with CS team.
* Projects : Drive improvements in RTM.
About You
You typically have 5 to 7 years of relevant experience in Demand Planning, Operations, or Supply Chain, preferably within a multinational FMCG company.
