What it means on a daily basis
* Develop an in-depth understanding of our data warehouse, focusing on Marketing and game tracking data.
* Become an expert in our marketing data dimensions and measurement definitions.
* Conduct comprehensive 360-degree analyses to provide timely, data-driven answers to key stakeholder questions.
* Translate analytical findings into strategic recommendations for Marketing and game teams.
* Leverage statistical analysis to optimize Marketing testing methodologies and outcomes.
* Manage and level up a small team of marketing analysts.
Who you will be working with
Joining our Global Data Science and Analytics team, you will collaborate closely with our Marketing vertical teams, including User Acquisition (UA), Influencer Marketing, and Studio Marketing Activation.
Qualifications
WHO YOU ARE
* A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and excellent organizational skills. Good verbal, written, and interpersonal skills needed.
* You pay strong attention to data quality and you have a passion for deep quantitative analysis.
* A genuine passion for gaming and the gaming industry.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
* 5+ years of professional experience, 2+ years as a team lead.
* Python and R expertise is required.
* Proven ability in creating clear and impactful data visualizations and dashboards using Data Viz tool(s).
* Familiarity with key marketing metrics (CPI, RoAS, creative optimization) and channels.
* Solid understanding of statistical analysis and its applications in marketing and UA.
* Fluent in English, good presenter and communicator.
