In this role, you will design and scale programs that drive global practice growth, patient demand, and commercial performance for ClearCorrect. You will translate strategy into scalable tools and playbooks, supporting markets to grow case volume and adoption. You’ll optimize full-funnel activities—lead generation, nurturing, and conversion—to deliver measurable ROI. You'll work cross-functionally with Sales and Clinical Education to ensure programs meet field needs and drive behavior change. • Develop and lead the global Practice Growth Program with structure, playbooks, and market deployment
• Create and scale patient marketing strategies, campaigns, and toolkits to boost awareness, demand, and patient conversion
• Translate business objectives into practical programs and tools to support practice growth and higher case volume
• Partner with Sales and Clinical Education to ensure aligned programs and behavior-change initiatives
• Strengthen full-funnel performance through lead generation, nurturing, and conversion optimization across markets
• Build and deliver global toolkits and core assets to ensure consistent execution and reduce duplication
• Ensure strong adoption and utilization of programs across markets with measurable impact
• Define and track KPIs (case growth, conversion rates, program adoption) to measure effectiveness and ROI
• Continuously optimize programs based on data, feedback, and market insights
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align brand, digital, and commercial initiatives into a cohesive growth approach
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• 6-10+ years in marketing, commercial marketing, or practice development (healthcare, dental, or medtech preferred)
• Proven track xpzdshu record of developing and scaling growth or commercial programs with measurable business impact
• Experience in patient or consumer marketing, including demand generation and conversion
• Strong understanding of full-funnel marketing and customer journey optimization
• Experience in global organizations with local market execution
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented, execution-focused mindset
• Strong English proficiency, minimum C1 level
