Role & Purpose of the Position
We're looking for a visionary HR (IT) Application Engineer to manage and optimize HRIS systems, focusing on configuration, data integrity, troubleshooting, and user support while collaborating with different stakeholders. They play a crucial role in system implementations, upgrades, and integrations, including SAP SuccessFactors SAP HCM and other HR systems.

- Develop, test, implement and manage our global HR systems landscape, including technical system configuration, data integrity, troubleshooting, and user support.
- Serve as a point of contact for HRIS‑related inquiries and provide timely resolution or escalated issues as necessary.
- Conduct regular audits and data checks to identify and resolve data inconsistencies or errors within the HRIS.
- Document technical solutions and procedures.
- Identifying and implementing improvements to enhance system efficiency, process consistency, and user satisfaction.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders and other departments to understand their requirements, develop solutions and areas for improvement, and streamline HR processes, including data integration with other systems.
- Participate in system upgrades, implementations, and integrations through testing, documentation, and training, while collaborating with stakeholders and vendors to ensure smooth HR system integration and address technical issues.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to HR technology and recommend process enhancements or new tools that align with the organization’s needs.
- Ensure data privacy and security by implementing and maintaining appropriate controls and protocols.
- Participate or lead in HR projects related to system implementations, process improvements, data and automation initiatives.
This Is You
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in business economics and/or information technology, or comparable qualifications.
- Proven experience in configuring and managing HR systems landscapes.
