Build and manage long-term relationships with major retail clients, ensuring continuous alignment and trustDevelop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth within key accountsCollaborate with internal departments (marketing, product, operations) to ensure seamless client experiencesAct as the main point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely and accurate responsesIdentify growth opportunities within existing accounts and assist in creating tailored proposalsGather and share market feedback and client insights to inform internal strategy and product improvementMonitor and report on key account performance using relevant KPIs and analytics toolsRequirementsAssociate degree or equivalent work experience;
