In this role, you will lead the electrical scope of engineering projects from concept to delivery, defining scope, phases, resources and timelines. You will join a team focused on impactful work for people and the planet, collaborating across Unilever’s global network. You will tackle design and integration challenges in industrial facilities, driving improvements and ensuring safe, efficient execution. A key part of the role is coordinating with cross-functional teams to support project objectives and enable continuous optimization.

• Lead and manage the electrical scope of engineering projects from conception to final delivery, ensuring proper execution of phases, PM processes, and technical standards.
• Lead electrical design of industrial facilities, aligning with project leader to communicate specs/changes and drive productive meetings aligned with business goals.
• Foster relationships with other factories and departments to support collaboration and knowledge sharing within Unilever’s general network.
• Provide technical support and coordinate technical profiles for complex projects to ensure efficient execution.
• Stay updated with technological innovations and drive continuous improvement across the organization.
Responsabilidades
• University degree in Engineering, preferably Electrical or Electronic
• u003e5 years of experience in a similar role
• Experience in production environments / industrial food sector is highly valued
• Knowledge of Pu0026ID, MicroStation, Autocad, EPLAN; PMP certification is a plus
• Digital skills with Power BI, Excel, etc.
• Advanced English (C1)
• Leadership and people management; teamwork; strong communication
• Analytical thinking, attention to detail, decision-making
• Organizational skills; availability and schedule flexibility for planned shutdowns
