The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing complex projects, particularly in technology or cybersecurity domains, and will excel at bridging technical teams and business stakeholders.✍️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️- 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager or in a PMO environment.- Professional background in cybersecurity projects is a strong advantage (understanding of threats, compliance, risk assessments, audits, or penetration testing).- Strong organizational and coordination skills with experience in project tracking, documentation, and delivery management .- Familiarity with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid) and tools (Jira, MS Project, Confluence, etc.).- Proven experience in facilitating communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders .- Fluent Spanish – working language in the local environment.- Fluent English – required for international collaboration.- Fluent Russian – mandatory for communication with Russian-speaking teams and stakeholders.- Strong problem-solving skills, proactive mindset, and ability to work autonomously while maintaining team alignment.- Technical understanding (no hard coding skills required, but ability to grasp technical topics in IT or cybersecurity).WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?- Take ownership of day-to-day operational activities and project follow-up across international teams.- Act as a bridge between technical teams, business stakeholders, and the group leadership .- Facilitate communication across departments to ensure strategic and operational alignment .- Support project planning, tracking, reporting, and delivery coordination .- Contribute to PMO-like activities, including status reporting, meeting facilitation, and action item tracking.- Help implement efficient project governance and best practices across teams.- Stay current with industry trends in project management, cybersecurity, and digital transformation .
