As an Account Manager, you are primarily responsible for maintaining the relationship with a fixed group of clients. Moving beyond responsiveness, you anticipate client needs and constantly seek to find creative solutions. You are passionate about helping customers, you have a competitive and challenger mindset, love working in a high-energy team and have experience selling to customers in the market research, media or marketing industry. Together you take care of customer satisfaction; Together withthe regional Sales Director you are responsible for developing account plans to serve and grow your customers and cross-sell the entire Dynata Product Suite; Maintain strong presence in the industry through active membership and function attendance for industry professional organizations.
