As an Operations Controller in One MP (Manufacturing Pharma), you will collaborate closely with other controllers to build on our foundation:
strategic business partnering in Finance & Controlling, involving decision-making support, advice, and efficient financial processes with high-quality standards.As a team member, you will drive initiatives and provide financial advice to help achieve the targets of the One MP business.Tasks and responsibilities :
Provide financial and economic advice, collaborating on One MP business projects to drive results and challenge sustainable growth and profitability of One MP in Spain (co-pilot).Manage controlling services, including financial business partnering, planning, and reporting. Support the local business in implementing their strategies from a financial perspective. Ensure structured and accurate planning and reporting processes, and prepare management reports.Conduct financial analysis, including deviation analysis versus plans, profitability analysis, and proposing strategic alternatives. Bring innovation in cooperation with business partners based on sound knowledge of business dynamics.Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects as necessary.Ensure adequate risk analysis with scenario planning to support business decision-making (e.G., watch list).Implement global financial concepts and policies locally.Ensure reliable financial information for local business and headquarters, in compliance with company policies, legal, and tax environments.Requirements :
Bachelor's or master's degree in Business Administration or Engineering. Sound management accounting knowledge and operations background are a plus.Minimum 2 years of experience in controlling and/or financial auditing, preferably in an international and intercultural environment.Experience in production sites with costing knowledge is advantageous.Hands-on project management experience.Experience working in an international and intercultural setting.Knowledge of SAP is a plus.Advanced spoken and written English skills.Strong communication and change management skills, with excellent analytical thinking.
