Mission
In this role, you will bridge the gap between technical vision and operational excellence. Your core focus will be:
* [Team Leadership] Guide, supervise, and empower the Design Engineering department.
* [Standardization] Define and refine departmental procedures and engineering standards.
* [Technical Integrity] Ensure precise configuration, weight control, and tolerances to guarantee flawless design functionality.
* [Data Governance] Maintain accurate, up-to-date technical documentation for all stakeholders.
Candidate Profile
We are looking for a senior professional with a blend of technical mastery and management vision:
* Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Aeronautical Engineering.
* Expertise: Proven track record in conceptual design development.
* Preferred: Experience with wind turbine blades (composites) and metallic structures (welded, cast, or machined).
* Software Stack: * Advanced proficiency in CATIA V5 (3D modeling, 2D drafting, and macro programming).
* Experience with PDM systems (3DEXPERIENCE is a major plus).
* Communication: English proficiency (B2 level or higher).
