Job Description:
Establish, develop, and grow strong business relationships with Apple Pay Card Issuers. Lead all aspects of partner relationships, from day-to-day management to the introduction of new projects. This includes early engagement, business case development, project management involving multiple parties, contractual negotiations, and execution.
Provide high-quality communication to business leaders within Apple and with partners. Drive the implementation of solutions, ensuring all product requirements are met to the highest standards. Find opportunities and implement processes to scale existing and new services through partners. Monitor performance to ensure optimal customer and partner experiences and identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with Apple Product and Engineering teams to influence the product roadmap by leveraging market, partner, and customer insights.
Minimum Qualifications:
* Experience in forming and developing sophisticated partner relationships, structuring and negotiating business and technical terms.
* Proven track record in assessing business and partner needs, prioritizing, and delivering new business, products, and market opportunities.
* Deep understanding of financial services and payments.
* Passion for creating exceptional customer experiences.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Flexibility to handle changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Knowledge and experience in mobile contactless payment and wallet services.
* Strong analytical skills.
* Fluency in Spanish and English; knowledge of another European language is a plus.
