ABOUT THE ROLE As an Account Lead, you’ll oversee a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring smooth event delivery, clear communication, and outstanding customer experiences. You’ll manage timelines, guide internal teams, and serve as the main point of contact for customers - combining hands-on project execution with light leadership responsibilities. This is a dynamic role for someone who thrives in customer-facing environments and loves turning complex projects into success stories.
WHAT YOU'LL DO Manage event projects from kickoff to completion using Asana. Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers through proactive communication. Coordinate with Operations, Flex, and Product teams to deliver exceptional event experiences. Oversee event builds, review for accuracy, and ensure on-brand, on-time delivery. Conduct Customer Objective Review (COR) meetings and regular check-ins to track progress and satisfaction. Support and mentor team members managing individual events. Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve customer outcomes.
REQUIREMENTS CET Time Zone (Barcelona Preferred) At least 2 year degree 3+ years of customer service experience English Proficiency (C-Level)
