We are currently looking for an IT Business Engineer to join a dynamic team working on innovative solutions for store layout management. Location: Málaga, Spain ( Hybrid: on site twice per month )

What will be your duties and responsibilities?
Collect and analyze information, engineer requirements, and consult stakeholders.
Assess current business processes and design optimized workflows.
Document processes supported by the product.
Research, develop, and visualize solutions and concepts.
Communicate continuously with stakeholders to align expectations.
Perform post-implementation analysis and drive process improvements.
Collaborate on test management, design test case s, and document results.
Design and align support processes with the team.
Analyze incidents and implement corrective measures.
Work closely with an agile product team on Google Cloud Platform (serverless) .
What are the requirements?
Degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
At least 3 years of experience in requirements engineering and business analytics.
Agile mindset and experience in cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, and project management tools.
Excellent problem-solving skills and eagerness to learn.
Full fluency in English.
Based in Spain with valid work permit (no sponsorship) and ability to visit Málaga office twice per month.
Nice to Have:
Experience with SQL or relational databases.
Knowledge of Cloud Platforms .
German language skills.
